Job Responsibilities:

Role Overview:

As a Kitchen Manager, you are the embodiment of our commitment to culinary excellence and outstanding service. Your primary mission is to ensure that our guests always receive the highest level of hospitality. You are responsible for the seamless operation of all front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) activities. This includes maintaining our high standards in every aspect of the kitchen operations (Expo, Smokehouse, Prep, Line) and dining room management (ToGo, Host, Bar, Service). Your role is crucial in upholding our quality standards, training and coaching staff, and ensuring profitable operations.

Experience and Skills:

Work Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year in a managerial role.
  • At least 3 years of experience in full-service restaurant management.
  • A minimum of 3 years of back-of-house experience.
  • Proven experience managing a team of at least 15 staff members.
  • Competence in inventory management and budgeting.
